FAQs

If I haven’t answered your question here, or you would like to know more, please contact me.

Q: What are your rates?

Every project is uniquely different, as are the people I photograph. Photography pricing depends on the type of session and what’s involved. At Dave Haworth Photography & Motion, I offer custom quotes for every project — whether it’s a portrait session, headshot, branding shoot, lifestyle photography, or video content.

Rates vary based on time, location, lighting, equipment, editing, any creative setup or materials needed, and if there is travel. This means you get transparent, tailored pricing that fits your goals and budget — no hidden costs.

If you’re wondering how much a portrait photoshoot costs in Waterford or anywhere in Ireland, get in touch and tell me what you have in mind. I’ll provide a clear quote and help you plan a session that feels like an experience, not just another photoshoot.

Q: Do you offer prints of our session?

Yes — you can absolutely order professional prints from your portrait session. I don’t print them myself; instead, I work with WhiteWall, a world-class photo lab known for museum-quality and fine art prints. This means your photos are printed using premium papers and finishes that best suit your images.

I can manage and coordinate your print order for a small fee (I don’t mark up the lab’s prices). Or, if you prefer, I’ll provide you with both web-ready and high-resolution print files so you can print anywhere you like.

Whether you’d like fine art prints, framed wall pieces, or professional photo prints from your portrait session in Ireland, I’ll make sure you get stunning results.

Q: Do you license your images and video?

Yes — I do license some of my photography and video work, depending on the project and usage. If it’s a piece I’ve created personally (on my own time and budget), and the people featured have given permission for their likeness to be used, then it may be available for licensing.

The best way to find out is to contact me directly about the specific image(s) or video(s) you’re interested in.

If the work was commissioned — such as a portrait session or commercial project — those images and videos are typically not available for licensing, unless otherwise agreed with the client.

Q: Do you sell prints of your personal work?

Yes — I do sell fine art prints of my personal photography, and I’m always adding new pieces to the shop. You can browse and purchase available prints here.

All prints are produced through WhiteWall, a world-class photo lab known for museum-quality printing and archival fine art papers, ensuring each print looks exceptional and lasts a lifetime.

Q: Do you have books/zines?

Not yet — but I’m working toward it. Photography zines are something I plan to add in the near future, featuring selections from my personal and documentary-style projects.

As for a photography book, that’s a long-term goal of mine. I’d love to publish one when I feel my work — and the story behind it — are ready to be shared in that way.

Q: Do you do workshops?

Not at the moment. I know the photography workshop world is a busy one, and I don’t feel I’m quite ready to add my name to that mix just yet.

That said, it’s something I’ve thought about, and who knows — maybe in the future I’ll offer portrait photography or creative workshops in Ireland once I feel I’ve got something genuinely unique to share.

Q: Do you still shoot nude photography?

In the past, my nude photography work was entirely personal — creative collaborations between myself and the models involved. It was always approached as an artistic and body-positive project, focused on form, expression, and concept.

At this time, it’s not an area I’m pursuing personally. However, I’m open to commissioned nude or artistic portrait projects when the concept is tasteful, stylish, and creatively driven.
